Privacy Policy

Website. We collect minimal analytics — page views, referrers and aggregated device information — to understand how visitors discover Subreal. We do not use advertising trackers.

Correspondence. When you email us, your name, email address and message content are processed so we can reply and, where relevant, evaluate collaboration or investment opportunities.

Research participants. Personal data collected inside Subreal-CARE or through partnered studies is governed by study-specific information sheets and ethics approvals — not by this page.

We rely on legitimate interests for general correspondence and website analytics, contractual necessity for commercial and research agreements, and explicit consent for any clinical data handled inside Subreal-CARE.

We use a small number of vetted processors (hosting, email, analytics). Each is bound by a data-processing agreement and stores data within the UK, EEA or jurisdictions with adequate protections. We do not sell personal data.

Correspondence is retained for as long as a relationship is active, then archived for a further 24 months. Website analytics are aggregated and retained for 14 months. Clinical data follows the retention schedule of the relevant study protocol.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. Requests should be sent to michal.bartler@subreal.io. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
